Return & Exchange Policy
At ThermoProof, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, we’re here to help make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
1. Returns:
• Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
