Welcome to the Better Life Innovations family! To ensure you enjoy the full benefits of your new ThermoProof drinkware,
here's a detailed guide on how to care for clean, and maximize the performance of your bottle or tumbler.
Warning
- Do not overfill with hot liquids. Do not fill beyond 0.25" (7mm) below the bottom of threads. This may be marked by a fill line. Overfilling can lead to spills and scalding.
- When filled with hot liquid, keep out of reach of children. Hot liquids can cause scalding. To prevent spills, ensure lid is assembled properly and fully tightened before use. Hot liquids can cause scalding.
- Please use caution when drinking hot liquid directly from your mug or water bottle. If you have purchased a water bottle, please note that this item was designed for a high flow rate appropriate for drinking cold liquid. Drinking hot liquid too quickly can lead to scalding.
- Do not use sealable items with carbonated or fermented beverages or foods. This can result pressure accumulation, potentially causing the lid to fail and spill. Such incidents might lead to scalding or the forceful ejection of the lid and its contents, posing a risk of injury.

How To Clean Lids & Straws
Along with your collection of reusable water bottles, lids and straws also need to be cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. Thanks to the durable, BPA-free and non-toxic materials used in our lids, you can safely wash your lids in the dishwasher: simply place them lengthwise in your dishwasher’s top rack or stacked with the utensils. We also recommend cleaning your lids and straws with a gentle, size appropriate brush.
